At The Steam Pros, when we use the hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) method. There are many different competing cleaning practices, but steam cleaning is widely considered a superior restoration cleaning process.
This method outperforms other methods when removing embedded soils and other contaminants that are trapped in your carpet. Steam cleaning is also the preferred carpet cleaning method by many major carpet manufacturers like DuPont and Shaw.
Here is How Our Process Works
When we arrive at your home and introduce ourselves, we will begin by asking to be escorted throughout the areas to be cleaned. After the pre-inspection and after answering any questions you may have, we will start the cleaning by using our trained chemistry skills to mix the most effective cleaning mixture for our high pressure pre-sprayer which will be applied. Focusing on spots and stains, this treatment is applied everywhere, regardless of level of soiling. This treatment will help break down soils, and loosen oil deposits.
Our next step is power scrubbing with our special machine designed to work the cleaning products into your carpet while lifting soils and debris deep within your carpet to your pad. This tool also helps lift the pile of your carpet to extend it life.
The last step is hot water extraction with our 6 jet extraction wand, our equipment gives off the highest heat to get the best extraction of deposits in your carpet. Our high-powered cleaning machine has a suction that will remove a higher volume of materials from your carpet so your carpet will dry in half the time. Because we use water softener, we use fewer chemicals, which allows us to remove more debris and leave your carpet cleaner and softer.
After the cleaning, we perform a post-inspection walk-through. We will ask you to inspect the areas to make sure you are completely satisfied. We will not accept your money without your complete satisfaction.
