The company’s hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) method is among the most effective cleaning processes available, removing embedded soils and contaminants from carpets. This method is recommended by major carpet manufacturers like DuPont and Shaw, ensuring carpets are thoroughly cleaned while maintaining their integrity and extending their lifespan.
Upon arrival, technicians conduct a comprehensive pre-inspection, addressing client concerns and outlining the cleaning plan. The process starts with applying a high-pressure pre-spray treatment to target spots and stains, breaking down soils and oil deposits.
Next, specialized machinery is used for power scrubbing, integrating cleaning products into the carpet fibers while lifting soils and debris. This thorough cleaning extends the carpet’s lifespan by lifting its pile.
The final step is the hot water extraction process. Using a 6-jet extraction wand, the equipment provides high heat for optimal deposit extraction. The powerful suction removes significant material, resulting in quicker drying times. Additionally, water softeners are used, reducing the need for excessive chemicals and leaving carpets cleaner and softer.
Post-cleaning, The Steam Pros conduct a meticulous post-inspection walk-through to ensure complete client satisfaction.
